Every garment is made to order and delivered in 6 to 8 weeks. Three suit tiers. Made-to-measure shirts, sport coats, trousers, and accessories — all cut to your specifications.

Rosa Lan Jarman
Founder / Partner, Head of Design
Rosa's expertise spans more than 25 years in the technical and strategic side of fashion — as a fit expert, patternmaker, and garment construction specialist. For the past decade, she led teams delivering impeccable fit to over 250,000 brides a year, developing an instinct for the smallest details of proportion, silhouette, and balance that most people miss entirely.
Lines & Lapel was born from a personal moment: while designing the wedding attire for her son, husband, and another young groomsman, Rosa created tuxedos and suits so precisely fitted that alterations weren't needed at all. Watching each of them stand taller in clothing built specifically for who they were, she realized men deserved the same level of expertise she'd spent decades perfecting for women. Today, she brings that same uncompromising eye for fit and construction to every piece Lines & Lapel creates — because true luxury isn't just what you wear, it's how perfectly it represents you.
Bindu Thakkar
Founder / Partner, Product & Supply Chain
Bindu brings decades of hands-on experience in fashion design, entrepreneurship, and garment production. She began her career by launching her own apparel business in India, overseeing every stage — from design and pattern development to sourcing, production, sales, and retail exhibitions.
For the past 15 years, she has owned and operated a successful alterations business supporting an international bridal retailer, building deep expertise in fit, craftsmanship, and personalized customer service. At Lines & Lapel, Bindu leads sourcing, production, supply chain, and logistics, combining technical precision with entrepreneurial insight to transform each design into an exceptional garment.
David Fink
Founder / Partner, Strategy & Operations
David has spent more than 15 years inside corporate America — insurance, financial services, and retail — building the systems that make businesses run. But long before spreadsheets and strategy decks, he wanted to be an architect. That instinct never left.
He grew up with his hands in car engines and computers, drawn to how complex things are built piece by piece, and eventually redirected that curiosity into data and business strategy — treating every model, system, and organization like a structure to be designed, stress-tested, and refined. That's the lens David brings to Lines & Lapel: a suit, like a house or an engine, is only as good as the architecture underneath it. He leads strategy and operations, applying the same precision he once imagined bringing to blueprints — now cut into cloth instead of steel or concrete.
